today's lunch

i am so in love with these pumpkin chicken miso soup with a bit white sesame and japanese shichimi on it

very simple and easy to cook as well


how to cook

01. slice garlic, onion, pumpkin into 5mm thick
02. put them all in pot with just water and cook with medium fire
03. slice the chicken into bite-size, add into the pot when the soup is boiled
04. keep on cooking until the pumpkin is soft and cooked
05. add miso into the soup
06. when the soup is boiling again, then it's ready
07. seasoning with proper amount of salt, black pepper, white sesame, and shichimi
